Www.ness.com is an Israeli based company operating in Malaysia. That is a business issue but we must question the privileged given by the Malaysian government (I mean UMNO government is questionable)

Each every foreign worker should have proper work permit to work in Malaysia In Immigration LAW which applicable for all the company operate in Malaysia. This is standard LAW. For the NESS Global services Sdn. Bhd. This is exceptional due to ISRAEL base company.
Mdec without the proper documentation for MSC status approve Indian professional come into Malaysia. 3/5/2010 Mdec approve document to allow immigration to give work permit for the new comer to work in NESS global services.
Under immigration law only with work permit you are allowed to work in Malaysia but NESS global service Sdn. Bhd. Is exceptional because Israel base. This company can bring in the worker from India in Social visit visa and later work out for the work permit. This worker are at the moment working in BAT (British America Tobacco in TPM). Payroll is under NESS Global services Sdn Bhd. In this case this foreign worker should have work permit issue under NESS Global service.

BAT give contract to WIPRO. Wipro sub-contract this to NESS Global services. But there is no official contract between WIPRO and Ness Global services. NESS Global service supply the worker to WIPRO without contarct and Ness global services provide those professional come from India under Social Visit Visa.
This is fact not fiction. More to come. Israel Can In Malaysia.

Stone-apple sign contract with Wipro to supply IT professional from India. But those who are working with Wipro at the moment are holding work permit under NESS Global services Sdn. Bhd. Under immigration LAW this is contractually wrong. But Immigration Malaysia in cyberjaya close one eye and approve all this permit.
This privileges only applicable for Israel base. Do not question this. IF you question this you are wrong in book of UMNO.BN.
