(May 31, 2011) - When Dulles District athletic directors convinced Region II to expand its playoffs to account for the fact that Loudoun's 9-team district is almost twice as big as some of the other 5-team districts in the region, Monday night's success is surely what they had in mind as Dulles soccer teams went a perfect 6-0 in Region II first
