Couponing Healthy- 30 Day Shred

So.... yesterday I posted here that I was going to start the 30 Day Shred. Well I did not get the DVD till late today. I am going to start tomorrow :)
First thing tomorrow I will post how it went ... and then ever day for 29 days after that ;)
