Recently, the folks just invested in Scala @ Lorong Chuan. Was kinda pissed at first cos they knew how badly I wanted to get out of a condo. My room is smaller than anyone else's and i hate it. So fucking squeezy & everything is in a mess.

Until the day before, that my parents announced the possible changes during dinner!
1. Sell away Jalan Usaha's unit if the price is good.
2. Move to a townhouse!!! (FUCKYEAH!)
3. Rent out this small apartment
4. Sell away unit in Bkk, invest elsewhere.
5. Release investment in Scala when the time is right.


HAPPY OR WHAT!?!?!?!?! I MAY FINALLY BE ABLE TO MOVE AWAY FROM THIS SHIT PLACE!!! okkkkk, now we need to wait for Terry to do the necessary searches & whatnots, & tadah! 3 transactions in total. Think my parents are treating him well, giving him alot of chances for $$$, so i deserve every right to be treated better. Get it?
